Don’t be fooled by competitors offering only “dealer warranties"
When you’re investing in a playset or basketball hoop, the warranty matters just as much as the product itself. A strong manufacturer’s warranty protects your purchase for years to come – and separates the best brands from the rest.
Some playset brands (sold by other local dealers) void the warranty if you ever move your set. Others only back the product as long as the dealer is in business. That leaves you without real protection.
At Swings-n-Things, we carry products by Rainbow Play Systems, Goalrilla, and Goalsetter – three of the only brands in the industry with robust manufacturer-backed warranties. That means your investment is protected directly by the people who build it.
Rainbow Play Systems Warranty
Rainbow Play Systems sets the gold standard in the residential playset industry. Their lifetime warranty covers the structural integrity of their cedar lumber against failure, plus lifetime coverage on key components like scoop slides, crawl tunnels, and swing hangers. Many accessories and add-ons also carry 5-year or 2-year warranties, ensuring long-lasting fun.
Why it’s better: With Rainbow, your warranty is backed by the manufacturer – not just the dealer. Unlike other brands, moving your playset does not void the warranty, giving you flexibility as your family grows or relocates.
Rainbow’s Credibility
Rainbow Play Systems has been building premium playsets since 1985, with a 675,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, 200+ dealerships worldwide, and 250+ showrooms. Their long history and scale prove they’ll be around to stand behind your warranty for decades to come.
